Domestic Orders – Return Policy
1.We want you to love what you ordered as we provide high quality product & do quality check before shipping, but if something isn’t right, let us know.
2. In the unlikely event that any jewellery you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective you may return the jewellery unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at, care@amarshindook.com with your Order ID and send us a snap shot of the defect product, with in 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Once received, the customer care team at AmarShindook would study the need for return an dbased on that the return will be facilitated. We will refund the amount of the product.
3. You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on customer care@amarshindook.com If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
4. Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your complete invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.
- We do not return Jewellery, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
- All custom-made orders if any, are non-returnable.
- Discounted Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable items.
- Opening video of the product is mandatory.
5. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.
6. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
7. The items should be unused hygiene reasons.
8. Once received, the customer care team at AmarShindook would study the need for return and based on that the return will be facilitated. We will refund the amount of the product within 14 business days after we receive the returned defective jewellery.
