Seema proudly hails from the family of Honourable Justice Sir Chander Madhab Ghose of Calcutta High Court, her great grandfather. Sir Chander Madhab Ghose’s life was a practical negation of the common saying that high moral worth and worldly success cannot go together. He was the Deputy Magistrate who later joined the Bar and became the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court. He was offered the distinction of Knighthood. In his own modest way, he was a Social Reformer.
Seema’s grand father Barrister Bimal Chandra Ghose (bar-at-law), was also a leading practitioner of Calcutta High Court. He was much loved for his affable manners, kind heartened noble character. He had been the President of Indian Football Association for two years. He was also the President of various Schools and Colleges in Calcutta. Seema’s father Kamal Kumar Ghose was a person of illuminating personality with the broadest heart and an inspiring man who always stood beside his daughter wishing her all success to move on steadily in her life. He was a very popular, upright social activist who truly believed in Honesty, Hard work and Success.
Seema perfectly carries that legacy. Academically she is an MBA in Marketing and holds the Certification of Hi- Impact Leadership from Qualified Learning Systems USA. She is throughout dynamic and dedicated Sales and Marketing Professional with rich exposure of Business Development, Franchise Operations, Revenue Generation, Relationship Management, Budget Planning, Personnel Management and last but not least HR Management. She has an eminent more than 16 years of experience with ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. with Vertical Career Growth i.e. from CSO; Chief Sales Officer to Sr. Vice President. Presently she is working as a Management Consultant, looks after total HR and Sales Management.
Seema is a Pioneering skilled woman and exiting her rewarding career only to move forward with her long time vision, she is now-on track with her own brand “AMAR SHINDOOK” of Original Handcrafted Jewellery with varied other genuine products through Online Retail to reach out to the people in India and Overseas. She is Omnipotent and is the Archetypal Multi- Tasker. She will never stop until and unless she completes whatever she has set her heart upon to perfection. She is associated with different NGOs and wants to showcase the hand made jewellery from Underprivileged and Tribal woman as she strongly believes in promoting women’s sense of self-worth, the ability to determine own choices and the right to influence social change for others seeking Women Empowerment. She is well connected with Artists Group of Contemporary Hand Crafted Jewellery. She believes in “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” …Pablo Picasso. With a wealth of fresh and innovative ideas, Seema has launched “AMAR SHINDOOK “ as a stylish and trendy brand. She enters this new and challenging business venture with high hopes and expectations, eager to demonstrate her diverse talents in the fashion world and to win the hearts of her audience with their support and blessings.

Kalohas Ghose, Seema’s elder brother, was a renowned Photographer, videographer, and editor, admired not only for his Professional skills but also for his kind and generous heart. His Guidance, valuable insights, and unwavering support played a Pivotal role in inspiring Seema to embark on her journey of passion And innovation.
“AMAR SHINDOOK,” their cherished dream project, was born from this shared vision. Tragically, Kalohas left this world too soon, leaving behind an irreplaceable void.
