1. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any jewellery / merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if jewellery / merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the jewellery / merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags. Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through our website. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at, care@amarshindook.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. Once received, the customer care team at AmarShindook would study the need for return and based on their jurisdiction the return will be facilitated. We will refund the amount of the product.
2. You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on customer care@amarshindook.com If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

5.In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
6. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
7. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
8. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
9. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
